If you want to combine city holiday with summer, sun, bathing and boat life, this is your ideal place. Ulvøya is situated 5 km from Oslo Central Station, a calm, beautiful and exuberant island with 1000 inhabitants, boat harbour, village shop with post and a lovely beach. Our appartement is situated 400 m from the beach and 100 meter to the shop/bus.

The appartement:
Newly renovated 65 m2 for 4-6 people. The appartment has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and living room. There are also table/chairs in the garden.

• Bedroom: Each bedroom has a double-bed and a sofa sleeper.
• Kitchen: Well equipped with cooler, fridge with freezer, cooker, mikro wave oven, percolator etc.
• Bathroom: Tiled bathroom with Jacuzzi, washing machine and drying drum.
• Living room: Cablecasting

Rental prices are prepaid:
5900 NOK/week / 950 NOK/day
Cleaning on departure: 500 NOK/day
Rental of bedclothes: 50 NOK/person
Chance of renting boat and bicycle.
